1 pack of mixed green salad leaves
1 orange
8 radishes
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavoured New Whites
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp wine vinegar or lemon juice
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Arrange lettuce, sliced radishes and segments of orange cut in half on plates. Break New Whites in small chunks and put on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add olive oil mixed with vinegar or lemon juice.
For 4 persons in less than 15 minutes.
1 medium red pepper
1 medium green pepper
1 medium yellow pepper
2 cucumbers
4 medium tomatoes
0.5 glass of black olives
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavoured New Whites
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp wine vinegar or lemon juice
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
chives for garnishing
Wash, dry and dice peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers. Add olives and diced New Whites. Mix all ingredients with olive oil and vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
Sauce for garnishing: Mix 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp oregano with a pinch of sea salt; decorate the plate.
For two persons in less than 15 minutes.
4 tomatoes
1 (200 g) pack of smoked New Whites
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
fresh rocket or basil leaves
balsamic dressing
Slice New Whites and tomatoes and arrange them alternately on a serving dish. Sprinkle with olive oil, add a little salt and pepper, and garnish with rocket leaves and a little balsamic dressing.
