Summer salad with New Whites, avocado, asperagus, strawberries and balsamic cream

Ingredients:

Handful of spinach
100 g New Whites (natural flavour)
0.5 avocado
Slice of lemon
5 asparaguses
5 strawberries
Balsamic cream
Salt, pepper

Cooking directions:

1. Pour spinach leaves, avocado (sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not turn brown), asparaguses boiled for 2-3 minutes, strawberries and New Whites into the plate.
2. Flavour with salt, pepper, sprinkle with balsamic cream.

Salad with grilled New Whites

Serving: 1 person

Products:

100 g spinach leaves
5 cherry tomatoes
1 small cucumber
100 g New Whites (smoked)
1 tablespoon of bread crumbs
1 egg

Sauce:

50 g of natural yoghurt
1 clove of garlic
Half-lime juice
Salt, pepper
Parsley

Cooking directions:

1. Roll New Whites in the beaten eggs and bread crumbs. In a grill pan, grill them on both sides without fat, until New Whites turn brownish.
2. Put together spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes and grilled New Whites.
3. Mix all the products for the sauce and pour over the salad.

New Whites salad

 

 For 3 person in less than 15 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

1 pack of mixed green salad leaves
1 orange
8 radishes
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavoured New Whites
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp wine vinegar or lemon juice
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Cooking directions:

Arrange lettuce, sliced radishes and segments of orange cut in half on plates. Break New Whites in small chunks and put on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add olive oil mixed with vinegar or lemon juice.

Mediterranean salad

 

 For 4 persons in less than 15 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

1 medium red pepper
1 medium green pepper
1 medium yellow pepper
2 cucumbers
4 medium tomatoes
0.5 glass of black olives
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavoured New Whites
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp wine vinegar or lemon juice
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
chives for garnishing

Cooking directions:

Wash, dry and dice peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers. Add olives and diced New Whites. Mix all ingredients with olive oil and vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives.

Sauce for garnishing: Mix 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp oregano with a pinch of sea salt; decorate the plate.

Capri Salad

For two persons in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes
1 (200 g) pack of smoked New Whites
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
fresh rocket or basil leaves
balsamic dressing

Cooking directions:

Slice New Whites and tomatoes and arrange them alternately on a serving dish. Sprinkle with olive oil, add a little salt and pepper, and garnish with rocket leaves and a little balsamic dressing.

Ingredients:

150 g favourite lettuce
5 cheery tomatoes (about 30 g)
7 cucumber strips (about 30 g)
7 black olives (about 30 g)
100 g New Whites (natural flavour)
Salt, pepper
Splash of olive oil (about 15 g)
Balsamic cream (about 15 g)
Juice of 1/4 lemon

Cooking directions:

Put lettuce, cut-in-half cherry tomatoes and olives in a plate. Using a vegetable peeler, cut thin slices of cucumber, roll them up and put into the plate. Flavour with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic cream. Put pulled New Whites on top.
