1 white ciabatta
100 g New Whites (natural flavour)
100 g of low-fat curd
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of low-fat yoghurt
Strawberries
Handful of almonds
Liquid honey
Mint leaves
1. Prepare sweat cream: in the food blender, blend New Whites, curd, sugar and yoghurt.
2. Slice the ciabatta and toast it in the oven for 5 minutes.
3. Spread the cream on the slices, add strawberries and sprinkle with chopped almonds, liquid honey, decorate with mint leaves.
For 3 persons in less than 15 minutes.
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavoured New Whites
handful of walnuts
5 tbsp honey
Fry walnuts on a Teflon pan with no fat until browned. Be careful not to burn the walnuts! Put diced New Whites in a cup, top with honey. Sprinkle with walnuts.
For 3 persons in less than 15 minutes.

1 pack of frozen strawberries
sugar
Blend thawed strawberries with sugar. Put diced New Whites in a cup and cover with strawberry mousse. Decorate with whipped cream if you like.
