15 asparaguses
200 g New Whites (smoked)
Half of lemon
Salt, pepper
Favourite greens

Cooking directions:

1. Boil the asparaguses for 2-3 minutes.
2. Flavour them with salt, pepper, roll into New Whites.
3. Cook in the over for 10 minutes at 180°.
4. After cooking, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with favourite greens (dill, parsley or green onion).

2 rice crackers
100 g of New Whites (natural)
5 cherry tomatoes
Fresh spinach
Balsamic cream

Cooking directions:

Put sliced New Whites, cherry tomatoes, spinach leaves on the rice crackers and pour over with balsamic cream.

Stuffed common mushrooms with new whites

Stuffed common mushrooms

Snack for a company in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

10 common mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
5 g of butter
1 egg
100 g of New Whites (smoked)
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
30 g of low-fat sour cream
Pinch of chopped parsley
Salt, pepper

Cooking directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
2. Separate mushroom stems from the caps and chop them finely. Season the caps with salt and pepper.
3. Finely chop the garlic.
4. Melt butter in the frying pan and fry chopped garlic and mushroom stems.
5. Mix the fried mushroom stems with very finely chopped New Whites, sour cream and bread crumbs. Put the egg, pour the parsley, flavour with salt and pepper, and stir.
6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

One-bite snack with pesto, New Whites and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:

1 baguette
0.5 jar of pesto sauce
200 g New Whites (natural flavour)
10 g sun-dried tomatoes
Handful of arugula

Cooking directions:

Slice baguette into slices of couple centimetres and toast them in the over for 5 minutes at 180°. Apply a teaspoon of pesto sauce on each toast, put a slice of New Whites and several pieces of sliced sun-dried tomato. Pour arugula on top.

Ingredients:

1 small courgette
Mediterranean spices
100 g New Whites (smoked)
40 g sun-dried tomatoes
Chives for garnish

Cooking directions:

Cut the courgette lengthwise into thin slices (the most convenient option would be using a vegetable peeler) and fry them on a grill pan. Rolling up: season each slice of courgette with Mediterranean spices, put New Whites and a piece of sun-dried tomato, roll it up and decorate with a ribbon made of chive.

Ingredients:

1 white baguette
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavoured New Whites
4 tomatoes
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
fresh rocket or basil leaves

Cooking directions:

Wash, dry and dice tomatoes, add garlic, basil and olive oil. Slice baguette crosswise, top each slice with rocket, thinly sliced New Whites and tomatoes. Put in the oven and grill briefly.

For breakfast – fried avocado stuffed with New Whites and salmon

For 1 person in 25 minutes.

Calories per serving: 440 kcal

Ingredients:

1 avocado
30 g smoked salmon
100 g New Whites (natural flavour)
Salt, pepper
Chives (for sprinkling)
Chilli flakes (for those who like spicy food)

Cooking directions:

Cut an avocado in half, take out some pulp, so that to make space for salmon and New Whites. Put the avocado halves in a baking pan. Put stripes of smoked salmon and New Whites into the avocado, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in an over for 15 minutes at 180°. When the avocados are ready, sprinkle over with the chopped chives and, if you wish, with chilli flakes.

„New Whites“ and cucumber rolls

 

For 4 people in less than 15 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavored New Whites,
Ajvar relish (store-bought) for garnishing

Cooking directions:
Use a potato peeler to slice cucumber in wide strips. Dice New Whites and wrap in cucumber strips. Garnish with Ajvar relish. To enhance the flavour, serve with soya sauce in small sushi bowls.

Grilled vegetables

 

For 4 persons in less than 45 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 pears
1 (100 g) pack of natural-flavored New Whites
1 (100 g) pack of smoked New Whites
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Cooking directions:

Wash and dry pears and vegetables, cut them in wide strips; slice New Whites. Sprinkle all ingredients with olive oil and garlic, put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Fry on griddle pan or a BBQ on both sides until golden brown. Serve garnished with balsamic dressing and green salad leaves.
