For 3 person in less than 15 minutes.
1 pack of mixed green salad leaves
1 (200 g) pack of natural-flavoured New Whites
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp wine vinegar or lemon juice
sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Arrange lettuce, sliced radishes and segments of orange cut in half on plates. Break New Whites in small chunks and put on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add olive oil mixed with vinegar or lemon juice.
